Bold Care Nepal

Introduction

Bold Care Nepal is committed to providing quality products and a safe shopping experience. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once opened.


Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted if:

  • The item is unused and unopened
  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Adult toys
  • Intimate wellness products
  • Lubricants or creams with broken seals
  • Condoms or hygiene items with opened packaging

How to Request a Return

If you experience an issue:

  • Contact our customer support with your order number.
  • Provide photos of the product and packaging if required.
  • Wait for confirmation before sending the product back.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


Refund Process

After the returned item is inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method when possible.

Customers may also request a replacement product if available.
